Sorry I didn't post yesterday but I had a bit of a hiccup at the doctor's office yesterday. Instead of an hour, I wound up there for several hours and had another test. And I have several more tests coming up in the next couple of weeks.
The upshot is that Covid took more out of me than I thought. But the fact is that after Covid, I had two bouts of respiratory illness which totally wiped out the month of October. I didn't begin feeling energetic enough to begin again my strength, balance and walking exercises until this past January. So I guess that it's something I should have anticipated.
At any rate, there are no immediate problems but the doctor wants to explore some small abnormalities that showed up. And, of course, I kind of panicked until I talked with my doctor and family and friends.
This morning, I woke up and said, you know, nothing serious has happened so there's no reason to be anxious. So, I put it out of my mind and went on with reorganizing my studio and continuing the exercises! And trying to stay warm in a very, very old house that leaks like a sieve...and, by the way, there's no heat in the kitchen or pantry or hallway and only limited heat in the exercise room! Yes, it is cold.
Have a great weekend...
Please stay warm in this frigid weather...
Talk with you on Monday...
