It's 35 degrees right now and spitting snow (That's an old phrase my grandma used to say.).  The forecast is for snow most of the day.

I had thought with temperatures almost reaching 50 that we would have lost all of the snow, but no...about 65% is gone. The ground in most places is still white although not very deep.

The good news is that spring is one month from today and I am looking forward to it.

As a matter of fact, I have been drawing up plans for the vegetable garden...what to plant where and how to set up trellises and supports.  And I have seeds ready to plant indoors.  One of my plans includes a small hard sided green house (4'x10') set up on the deck.  I am really looking forward to that.

I did finish another page in the new 'Slow Making Journal'.  This one is for paper collage.  Here's the front...

And inside...

The pocket on the right holds the card with instructions on the back and the pocket on the left holds the envelope with supplies and examples...

And here's what's in the envelope.  The examples are on both sides...

I like the larger size and am glad that I choose to redo the pages of this journal.  However, I have not forgotten the first set of pages which were done.  I have made a new cover and started decorating it...

One of the ways I was thinking about making this journal was using some of the slow making ideas combined with lots of paper activities like list making and doodling, etc.

I haven't really finished this month's intentions yet so next week will be focused on those, especially the decorations.  I have things set up and ready, all I have to do is gather them up.  Did you have any intentions to work at this month?  There's about one week left to finish them up.

Well, it's Friday...do you have any plans for the weekend?  I think with the storm set to visit this area my plans will include indoor fun activities.  That means a lot of reading and crafting...

Stay safe and warm.  Have an amazing, wonderful, relaxing weekend...

Talk with you on Monday...
