I got to drive Snowball (Yes, we all name our trucks!). The difference between my SnowWhite and their Snowball is about as different as day and night.
SnowWhite is an F150 pickup truck. And Snowball is a F350 Super duty pickup truck. I loved driving Snowball and if I could afford one, I'd do it in a New York Minute! But since that is out of the question right now, I'll be happy driving SnowWhite!
I ran some errands to Vernal yesterday and then took the scenic way home back to Roosevelt. Beautiful but stark country. And, of course, mountains everywhere you looked. I thoroughly love being out here but I do miss the 'green' back in New York.
So how is your monthly challenge going? I wound up walking inside today rather than outside, but I still did my 30 minutes, along with 30 minutes of core and cardiac workouts. It's actually easier to exercise here rather than at home because there's less that needs my attention!
I've been listening James Herriot's books read by Christopher Timothy. He, C. Timothy, played James Herriot in the old PBS series by the same name as Herriot's book, 'All Creatures Great and Small'. There is a new PBS series based on the same stories, even the same name. I have enjoyed both series. But I have to say that listening to the books is even better. I was able to listen for free through the New York City Public Library which is available to all New Yorkers. Check out your library to see if they have the series. They are funny and heartwarming.
I have a couple zooms today and a few items on my to-do list. Still keeping busy...
