Pictures from the quick trip to NYC

Just a quick post about the winter storm that we wound up driving through on the way to NYC.  I was able to grab a few quick pictures.   Not great photography, but you get the idea...

 

 

The next day we took the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge from Staten Island to Brooklyn...

continuing on the BQE up to the New England Thruway...

 

 

 

To make sure the roads were clear, we took 95 all the way home.   It added a bit of time, but driving was fine.

We spent most of today relaxing - make that recouping from the trip.
