Well, the big move is over. Of course, there's still lots and lots to do but everything got in. This is what it looked like after I finished moving in stuff...
We put another level of large containers in this corner and stacked the beds on top.
This is what the storage unit looks like now. The picture is taken from the same vantage point as the bottom picture above...
Wall to wall, floor to ceiling - but it's all in!!! And there's room to spare, about a three foot square space! Who knew?
Now I need to finish sorting, cleaning and packing the trailer. I need to get everything into the trailer today and tomorrow morning. Then, I figure I can get it organized on Sunday during the snow storm.
Why two or three days? Well, there's a storm coming which begins Saturday evening and goes through Sunday. I'll get to make snow angels!!! As well as probably do some shoveling...and yes, I love to shovel snow! But the storm will blanket the northeast so I figure the roads will not be too great on Monday...but wait...there's another storm forecast for Tuesday. So now I may not leave until Wednesday...we'll see.
But once I'm on the road, this blog will return to creativity and travel once again. Thanks for following the epic saga of sorting, donating, packing and storing!!! But, I'm sure you're as tired of it as I am...so smile, creative and travel adventures are coming to this blog very soon!
