STUDIO REORGANIZATION, A SIGN FOR THE TIMES & ICE FISHING

Hi, sorry I haven't been around much this week. Yesterday, I had one of those 24 hours bugs...the type that takes away any energy for doing just about anything. But the first two days were involved with a studio reorganization. Remember the rolling cart I loved (from Michaels - no affiliation). As I was playing with the first one, I realized that it was much easier to have all my supplies for say, painting, in one place rather than three or four.

So, I shuffled things around and I now have a painting cart, a drawing cart and a multi-media cart. Check out this picture...
I have already enjoyed this organization. I simply roll a cart to where I want to work - mostly in my studio area - and everything is at hand. Kind of kicking myself for not doing this earlier!!!

This sign has been on social media and I really love the message...
...'bout sums up my feelings! Support the resistance...we need our democracy back!!!

Last weekend, I drove up north to check out some of the small towns where I will eventually be moving and I took this photo.
It's not too clear but you can tell what it's all about...ice fishing...on Greenwood Lake, one of the areas where I am looking. The temperature was in the high 40's so not too sure how much longer they will be fishing on the ice.

Today, I began taking down my Christmas decorations. The tree is down and the ornaments are boxed up. Now for the rest of the stuff.

Thanks for stopping in for a bit...
Talk to you tomorrow...
