A short post tonight. I spent the day doing little errands including baking three different batches of cookies: Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter and Oatmeal Raisin. I tried three new recipes from Allrecipes and all three came out beautifully.
I also made chicken and burger sliders to enjoy while watching my Vikings beat the Redskins. Interesting fact. Last year, the Redskin's quarterback was Cousins and the Viking's quarterback was Keenum. Tonight the Redskin's quarterback was Keenum and the Viking's quarterback was Cousins!
