I moved more rolling carts in from Duchess where they were stored (empty for the move). I have also begun to empty boxes and decide where to put things in my studio.
One thing I have always wanted to do is have tall tables to work on. I have two tables (Plastic ones that fold down for storage.) that are really tall. I have ziplocked them together and they will be in the center of the room. The bonus is that they are tall enough to store several tall rolling carts under.
I finally purchased a very large cutting mat to put on the tables leaving enough room to have the ironing mat and iron.
So I will be working on my studio for the next several days with the exception of putting up a few fall things in the living room...the season of orange!
During the day I have been listening to cosy mysteries rather than have the tv on. I read the Death on Demand series by Carolyn Hart a long time ago so I thought I would listen to one. I chose 'The Christy Caper' and realized I had completely forgotten the story. A nice surprise.
As I unpack and find my craft supplies and fabric, I find myself thinking of things to create and, quite frankly, I can't wait to begin. I'm tempted to just take the supplies out and and put them in containers and drawers without any organization but I realize that it would be a hinderance later on...so I will continue to organize as I unpack.
There's a new thought for the day...
Remember, you don't have to write down in a journal to make use of the questions or thoughts. Taking time to think about them is another way to discover youself.
Talk with you tomorrow...
