It's a bit colder this morning at 9 degrees.  The high forecasted is 28 and partly cloudy.  The temperatures take a big dip this weekend...a good time to stay indoors and enjoy our wood burning stove!

After this weekend, though, I do see much higher temperatures including in the upper 30's...maybe the snow will begin to melt!

Do you realize that spring is only about six weeks from now?  And if you raise any gardens, starting some seeds indoors is only a couple weeks from now? Spring and summer will be here before you know it so maybe it's time to think about those garden plans.

And, in case you are not aware, the SuperBowl is this coming Sunday evening.  Hope the game is a good one but I am really looking forward to the half-time show.

I have been working on the 'Slow Making Journal'.  I have the inside parts of each major focus basically done and I have gathered the supplies for each envelope.  Today my plan is to finish filling each envelopes and write instructions on the back side of the pocket cards.  Check these out...

I have the cover for the journal made and am now working on decorating the front.  This is a start on the front cover, but I plan on lot's more...

Today's plans include a book discussion on zoom, making dinner (still thinking about what to make), continue working on the journal and continue organizing studio 'stuff'!  A busy day with lots of me-time built in!
