I'm home.  And it's a beautiful day today...highs in the 70's with no rain.

All the vegetable plants I brought back with me survived and are growing fast.  There are many starter plants here but a lot more flowers than vegetables.

Today I need to pick up some filler and then get the raised beds planted.  I picked up dirt on Saturday, but not enough to fill up the beds so I am going to pick up some filler.

We had family over for a barbecue on Sunday (I thought it was Saturday all day long...a senior moment!...or I just lost track of days on the drive back home!) and it was great seeing them.

I did get the greenhouse set up this weekend.  It was easy to do, it's very solid and I can't wait to use it.  I'm hoping to grow lots of salad greens, herbs, etc.

I did stop on the way back home to take pictures.  This one is of the lake formed from the dam of Green River at Flaming Gorge...

I did stop to take some pictures from the valley but quite frankly, the picture does not really capture the vastness of the area...

People from the east who have never been out west really can't imagine the wide open and empty space.  Just like people out west who have never been east can't imagine apartment complexes like Parkchester in New York City with more people than most of their towns.

I haven't finished unpacking my craft things but I did get the clothing unpacked and put away.  I won't get to the craft things until tomorrow or Wednesday...need to finish planting the vegetable plants first.

That's all for today...

Have a wonderful day and get out in nature if possible...

Talk with you tomorrow...
