Well, the promised rain did not show up.  Yes, it kind of drizzled all day long but no heavy rain and no flooding.  It has been and still is dark out and quite cool...enough so that we have turned off all our air conditioners.  It's also very, very humid.

I managed to get all my exercises in...that's the stationary bike, leg lifts on the exercise equipment and tai chi even though I really didn't want to do any!

I had some problems with my laptop yesterday and after working with my son on it, the upshot is that the computer is failing...probably the hardware is failing.  So I have ordered an external hard drive to save everything on my computer...and then if things don't clear up, I will be purchasing a new one!  At least I have my older computer which is still working albeit with much less power and out of date apps.

Yesterday's Summer Camp experience include identifying a tree (a Quaking Aspen).  Today I hope to see a bird to identify...if not, I will switch to a flower.

I made several more ephemera pieces for junk journals.  These are pockets and side tucks with cards and tags...

Today I want to continue working in the greenhouse.  And I will take pictures of what I'm doing.  I'm still really happy with my greenhouse.  Here's hoping that I will be able to successfully produce lots of salad greens and herbs.

Cookie and Kenya are getting along better.  They even touched noses yesterday so I'm hoping that we can soon introduce the rest of the crew and open the house back up.
