I was able to use my old Apple Computer to post on my blog a couple times. The next step was to get a new computer. I did finally get a new Apple MacBook Air which so far is very nice. Had a problem with the set up, though, and had to get help from Apple Tech. I am slowly getting things loaded on like Chrome, Zoom, etc.
But then I got sick...summer cold...which took me by surprise and knocked me out for several days. I'm still not back 100% but am much better...just in time for a heat dome...going to be 99/100 today! So hopefully everything will get back to normal and I can post regularly again.
While I was sick I was not able to work on anything including my summer camp project so I will have some catching up to do. Today was the first day I was able to do my exercises and work on the garden...I got up early enough to water all the plants before the heat set in. And they all seem to be doing well. I even have some flowers on the tomato plants in the raised beds that the deer ate. And I have nine tomatoes on the plants on the deck!
My son bought a lot of plants that will need to be planted next week including a dozen lavender plants. They will go nicely in the round bed...the one that we were going to get rid of and turn into a fire pit...no more! And he is putting together an outdoor cat house so they can all be outside but safe.
Today I have a zoom chat and will work on my summer camp projects so hopefully by tomorrow I can share some of my work. By the way, there's a new word for the month...FREE...and a new challenge. Take the challenge to heart and do something each week to celebrate summer!
