I was so excited waiting for my swaps and they all came...today!!!! So without further ado, here are the inchies.
The theme was April Flowers and I want to thank Barb, Holly, Ineke, Betty, Pupchick & Marie. The next inchie swap is in a couple months and the theme is chocolate/music. If your are interested check out Roses on My Table.

My Journey of Change...
I was talking to a friend today about time. It struck me that the time from our marriage to the death of my husband (43 years) seemed to fly by in an instant. It just kind of hit me up-side-the-head that all that time is gone. Yes, I cherish the memories very much. But, I wonder if I actually cherished the time as much.
When you get right down to it, time is really all we have of value. Yes, we have possessions, assets, money, etc., etc., etc. But the only thing that we can really call our own is our time.
I don't know about you but I can idle a whole day away...and sometimes that's a good thing...but with the loss of my husband (Something I really could not imagine before it happened.) I realize that I need to cherish the time I have left as a sojourner on this earth.
For me, that begins with a word of praise and thanksgiving each morning as I wake. And no, it does not mean that I have to be super productive each day, hour, minute. Rather, for me I need to appreciate that time and be aware of how I am using it and thoroughly enjoy the gift of time that I have left.
