It's Here!!!!!

I finally brought the trailer home this afternoon.   Hitch problems resolved.   AND the Explorer was able to pull it up the mountain...and let me tell you, this is one long steep climb from Salt Lake City to Park City on Highway 80.    And I was able to set it up...even better!!!   So without further ado, here are the pictures...

I can't wait to decorate it.  If you use a trailer send your suggestions my way...

I have also worked some more on the shadowbox.

I figure that the Birthday/Garden/Tea Party not only needed a tea set, but musicians in the garden would be welcome.   I haven't finished decorating their boxes yet.

I also thought a clown with silver balloons would be a nice addition.   I have a ways to go but it's getting there.

Thanks for visiting...

My Journey of Change...
Four months and a couple days ago my life really changed when my husband of 43 years died.   He was really young - only 64 - we had hoped to have a lot of years left to enjoy a more leisure life.   But it just didn't work out that way.

So I am trying to find my way on this new journey.   It may seem to some that getting a trailer is maybe shortsighted and even frivolous.  But this is my way of taking those first steps on my new journey.

Travel is something I had always wanted to do.   Not on a permanent basis, but at least several months during the year.  And I am excited about the possibilities, tempered, of course, with a bit of unsureness about undertaking this journey on my own.

I do feel that I have my husband's blessings to begin this new journey...and that makes all the difference to me.
