I like the way it turned out!
How are you coming with simplifying your home? Have you made a plan...even a simple one? If you're like me, you have to think about it for a while before you actually begin. It took me almost a month before I took the plunge into simplifying. But once I began, I never looked back...and now I am really happy and feel so much less weight and concern about my 'stuff'. And I can enjoy what I really cherish.
A question came up about what to do with items that you are undecided about. One suggestion was to put those items in a box and store the box away for a few months. After the time has passed, take a look at what you have in the box and make decisions. You could always keep it in the box longer if you are still undecided.
Remember that you are simplifying for you and your family...and your idea of simplification may be much different that others' ideas. Own your plan and began.
