Warmth has returned...not heat but warmth...it's around 70's degrees, bright and sunny with just a mild breeze blowing. Weather I could get used to quite easily especially since it's not raining!
We looked at several houses this weekend...two on Saturday and three on Sunday! They came close but no cigar yet. One which was promising had some real problems - covering a mold problem maybe, as well as a lot of tape around an outside window.
One which was not really on the radar, an older home, became a favorite immediately. The only problem was that there was just not enough room. One more room and it would have been a sale.
Two things learned. First of all, pictures do not really tell the truth. And second, folks have an interesting way of measuring square footage. For example, the first two houses we saw on Sunday had very large square foot sizes listed...nope, not even close. The third one wasn't close either but the other way. It had far more square footage than listed.
An update about Dale...his blood pressure was okay. He's acting like his normal self so the vet didn't recommend anything further.
And now onto this week's focus. Making a journal, junk, paper this time. I hope you have begun collecting things to use from magazines to old books to paper, etc. I took a picture of the things I use when making a journal...
You do not need all of these things, I have just accumulated them over the years and like them.
Tomorrow I will share all the other supplies I use as well as show you how to make a pocket to place in your journal.
Talk with you tomorrow...
