Highs today and tomorrow are in the 60's. This seesaw rollercoaster of daily temperatures is getting old. My body doesn't know if it should get ready for summer or winter!
Only one day of rain in the forecast...next Thursday...not the weekend!
I am reorganizing my studio. Finally got the big tv out of here so I can use that area including the table for my sewing center. I also added a couple more wire baskets. They are partially blocking the window, but as they are see through the sunlight is not blocked.
I have lots of cloth boxes as shown in the picture below that I use for projects...
So instead of being on my work table, they can now be on the wire shelving. That will leave the work table free. Adding the fact that my sewing machine and supplies now have it's own center, my studio is working much better. I still need to go through all the boxes and label those that are not see through but things are getting better.
I finished the 3D cards this weekend. They all fold flat. Next I need to make the envelopes out of card stock. I found a nice picture of a poinsettia that I want to print on the front of the card.
I also had fun crocheting while watching football. I was just playing around and first crocheted a tree...
Then a snowman...
Finally, I put them together...
I like the results. And I was able to make the entire thing in one day. Not sure if I want to add any more decoration or leave as is. Stay tuned...
