I have already fed the cats, straightened up the bedroom, cleaned the kitchen, exercised 38 minutes on the bike and made the plans for the day...and the clock says 7:07am! Not too shabby!
I was finally able to set up a sewing area. There was a large tv on the table which I never watched, so after removing the tv, I set up my sewing area. The two rolling carts with drawers have all my sewing supplies, newly sorted out. The one next to the table is filled with items I use regularly. The other one is under the table and it contains things such as special sewing machine attachments that I use infrequently. Also, I have a small area to the left of the sewing machine (on the table) where I can iron small pieces. The ironing board is on the door, easy to set up but still out of the way, for larger pieces. I even put up a small bulletin board...
The cloth box contains the current project. I made the bulletin board out of a box, folded down which I taped together and then covered with some fabric. I use regular sewing pins rather than push pins when attaching something to the board.
I find that crocheting is restful, so while watching football I made another snowman surrounded by trees...
The one on the left is the latest. The first snowman I made (on the right) used three round crocheted pieces sewn together. The second snowman (on the left) is one piece. Still haven't decided if I should add 'snow' to the trees, or other decorations. But these are sure fun to make.
That's all for today...have a great day...enjoy the fall
Talk with you tomorrow...
