Oh well, we need the rain and at least it is not a hard down pour but more like gentle rain with spurts of snow/slush. When I was out this past weekend I did notice that all the rivers, streams and creeks were significantly up but none were out of their banks...yet!
I did finish sorting and organizing the final container of studio 'stuff'. Now I need to take a look at everything to see if there are some things that I can donate.
I did not work on the fish collage but I did work on my art book including doing some collage pages. Here's the first two page layout both pages with pockets, one a regular pocket and one with a side pocket. The regular pocket contains a writing tag and the side pocket contains a writing notebook...
And on the reverse side of the two page layout are two collages on painted surfaces...
Looks like the rain stops for a couple of days but the high tomorrow is forecast to be 39 degrees. That's really cold for April. The temperatures don't rebound until next week. Gotta love surprising spring weather!
So I hope the stock market sliding downward is not hurting anything you may have invested. The best way to look at the stock market is to take the long view. That, of course, doesn't help those who need those investments to live...now! Adding the market unrest along with the concern about SS payments can be very worrisome to those who depend on them for their living expenses. And in these days, that amounts to a hefty number of us.
