And there is rain, rain and even more rain. I slipped out and took the picture on the left of the spring flowers bowed by the rain yesterday which continues throughout the day today. Another day to work inside!
It was so dark yesterday that the solar lights did not last through the night into the morning!
I finished going through about three quarters of the studio and I have five bags to donate. At first I wondered if I would like donating so many things but honestly, I can now easily choose to do the things that I really want to do. I kept what I wanted but decided not to keep the questionable things that I really wasn't interested in. I have to say that I am excited to get back to crafting.
So today I want to finish going through the studio with an eye to keeping only what I really wanted. I also have a few other things to do like laundry, making supper (meatballs, mashed potatoes and corn) and getting my taxes down. Yes, I know it's late but I have everything collected and I know that it will only take an hour or so to complete my taxes.
I have another layout of 'finished' two page spread for my art journal...
I'm hoping to do some crafting today time permits. Actually, I will make the time to do some crafting...'all work and no play makes...well, you know!'
So what about you? Are you at a point in your life where you can make time to do something that you want and enjoy doing...crafting, sewing, gardening, reading, writing, etc.? You know, it's important to understand that at all times in your life, you are worthy of you-time. Even in the midst of other demands like work and family. If needed, let the house keeping take a back seat. I promise that it will be of great benefit not only to you but to those around you.
Well, that's it for now...have an amazing day and stay warm and dry...
Talk with you tomorrow...
