So I know that temperatures have warmed up back east.  The thing is, those are the typical temperatures out here.  It's just dry instead of humid.

I will be starting back home on Monday so I won't be posting again until I arrive.  Yesterday was so busy, again, that I didn't have time to post...thus a Saturday post!

I made the more than onion soup recipe that we watched eons ago on the Julia Child first cooking show, in black and white no less.  Here's how it looked when finished...

It tasted fantastic!

I've done a bit more on the collage fish...

It's looking better and better.  A long way to go but I am really liking how it's turning out.
