Let me tell you, this global warming sure has increased both the quantity and quality (make that stronger) of weather events.
And Bill Nye, the science guy, is warning that it will only get worse from here on unless we begin to take some steps to decrease global warming world-wide.

Book Recommendation: I wanted to read something different on vacation so I picked up this...
It's not light beach reading if you're asking. But it is thought provoking. I have to tell you, though, that I had to look up several theories just to make sure I remembered them correctly (I did! Well, all except for one!).
It's hot out here but I found that sitting outside in the shade with a little breeze turned out to be the best way to read this book. There are eight chapters including Paradox, Day Without Yesterday and Time Without Time. (I just love the chapter titles.). I'm about halfway through the book and to be perfectly honest, I am enjoying it very much.
