A good many of the trees are barren now and the leaves are piling up all over. Unfortunately, the ground is still damp (It rained yesterday morning) so raking is not option right now.
I did make the envelopes for the 3D pictures...
I printed out the picture and the saying on the front, sewed three sides together and punched out three holes for ribbon to secure the open side. Inside I folded another piece of card stock in half, taped one side closed, printed directions as to how to set up the 3D card and slid the card in. They are all ready to be sent in boxes or handed out.
I finished one more handmade gift yesterday. Today, I hope to finish all the microwave bowl cozies. Or, at least make a big dent.
Besides voting yesterday, I tried to get my truck inspected. At two places the emissions testing device was not working and the state had not been out to fix it. I was able to make an appointment at the third place. Apparently the state is trying out a new testing device and it is not working well. Add to that the an inspection that used to take 15-20 minutes will now take two hours. Doesn't seem like good planning to me...
