Another picture from our yard.  And today is another warm day...low 70's and sunny.

The house is generally in good shape so my hope is to work outside picking up debris from the yard, filling the containers, putting the new containers together and finally, finish clipping the two bushes by the upstairs door steps.  Nothing is growing there yet but it is mostly in shade even in the morning.

Hosta plants are lining the sidewalk to the downstairs door and I don't believe that they have been divided for a long, long time.  I could probably remove 90% of them and have more than enough to line the sidewalk.

Apparently digging up hostas is okay in the spring so I am going to add that to my list of things to do probably sooner rather than later.  My goodness, there are so many that I can completely cover the area in the front of the house which is in mostly shade.

This week in the 100 days of Junk Journal Ideas the focus is on collage and layering.  After watching some videos (there is one video a day in this challenge) I had fun making this...

As I was making it, though, I was wondering about what do to with it and then it hit me.  Several of my family and friends are feeling stressed about what's going on both economically and politically, so I thought I could make cards sharing hope about the future and send to those folks.

The cards would be small booklets with poems, quotes, etc. and places for the receiver to comment if they want to.  What do you think?  Nice idea?  I think so and I'm going to pursue it.

So, did you take the time to do some wondering yesterday?  If not, take a few minutes today and do it.  Did you know that the act of spending time wondering can lead to creative ideas, solutions to problems and activate curiosity?

Wondering also helps us to realize that we are really part of something much bigger and that idea can help us quiet that inner critic, reduce stress and lead us to a better perspective of our lives.

So, I ask you again, have you taken the time to wonder?  Maybe it's time to do so...

Talk with you tomorrow...
