The fragrance from these bushes is very strong but quite nice. And being outside the smell is diffused so it's very pleasant.
I walked again this morning, outside, keeping up with my June challenge. But I have to say that it was not as comfortable as I would have liked. I will keep it up though, walking through the discomfort.
Have you ever made a promise (or challenge) to yourself only to find something in the way which would make it easy to let go of it? What do you do? In my case, with the June challenge, I have chosen to work through the 'bump in the road'. Other times, when the situation seems impossible, I will put it aside. But if I feel it's an important promise, I will try to return to do it later.
There's really no right or wrong decision when something comes up that makes it difficult to complete the promise. It all depends on how you feel about it because, after all, it is a promise you make to yourself. It's your decision on how important it is to your life.
In my case, and at my age, I feel it's a matter of 'use it or lose it'...so I will keep on walking even with discomfort in hopes that with time the discomfort will recede. In your case, the decision to continue or stop is completely up to you?
