I have to tell you that walking outdoors has been one of the best exercises that I could do. Walking indoors doesn't compare at all. If walking is difficult for you, use a walking stick and begin slowly. Of course, you need to check with your doctor first. But if the doctor gives approval and you start slowly, over time you will develop the ability to walk longer and longer.
I did find some time to create a four page layout for my current junk journal. The base is a paper bag like the type you get at the grocery store. Notice that the last page has a top tuck and a pocket for one folded type of card for writing...

Yesterday afternoon we went for a DairyQueen treat and then wound up fishing at a beautiful lake. The deep throated frogs serenaded us constantly and two bass were caught and released...
