Well, the day began a bit better this morning.  And at mid-morning it's only 65 out with bright and sunny skies!

I haven't seen any more yellow jackets outside so I hope that this episode is dead.  Although once they come and do the final check and spray, then we have to get someone to fix the outside of the house, add insulation and sheetrock the inside.  Well, that's what comes with owning a home!  That and having trees removed, relining furnaces, servicing dishwashers, etc., etc., etc.  But in the long run, it is worth it.

So today I will continue to work on cleaning up after the wasp event which will occupy most of the day.  I also need to get everything packed up for the guild meeting tomorrow in Manhattan.  I have so much to bring that I need a medium suitcase to carry it all...plus a display rack for quilts in it's own bag!

I still have hopes for being able to get in some studio time in the next few days...maybe Sunday or Monday.  Of course, on Monday the furnace people are coming to reline the furnace, clean it up and check it out!

But since I am still without a vehicle to tool around in, I may be able to get in quality studio time.

Well, the last September Challenge for the week is posted.  Have they been of any help to you?  I actually forget to do things like cleaning in small portions so I have scheduled some of those into my daily routine.  One drawer at a time, one window at a time doesn't seem like much but the big chores get done that way.

Make plans for a great weekend...

Talk with you on Monday...
