Well, today it looks pretty gray outside.  It's still a bit cold at 28 but going to a high of 36.  A wintery mix is forecast so I am putting off getting the oil changed in SnowWhite until tomorrow or Thursday when the temperatures will be in the 50's and either rain or no precipitation.

I did work on the decorations yesterday and finished about 2/3rds of the tree ornaments.  (We have lots of them!  My favorite ones have little 'fan blades' inside and they rotate with either heat or wind and make the tree look like it's going to take off!). Once the ornaments are done, it will be fast sailing to simply label the rest of the boxes.

The only problem is sorting through all of the ornaments...have to do it in short spurts so I don't get overwhelmed.  Does that ever happen to you?  You're either cleaning or organizing/sorting and you have to do it in short time intervals or you get frustrated and even want to stop.  When that happens, I set my timer for ten or fifteen minute intervals.  I work for the allotted time and then I do something that's a reward of sorts like having a cup of coffee or reading a book or even playing a word game!  When you get overwhelmed give it a try.  It works for me and I think that it will work for you also.

So there's a new word for the month...Awakening!  March is the month when it feels like the world is beginning to wake up from a long winter's nap.  Birds come back with their early morning symphony to greet the sun.  And all the early budding flowers emerge and bushes like forsythia shine gold.  It's sort of a magical time when the grayness of winter blossoms into a wild display of color.

I didn't have any time to do any crafting, unfortunately!  And this is craft month so I need to make sure I carve out at least a few minutes to create something each day.  But as it is a new month, I do have projects with new assignments to work on for the month.  I'll share those with you tomorrow.

Today, along with the decorations (which I hope to finish) I have a bit of laundry to do, clean out the refrigerator (It seems to get crammed full of leftovers.) and decide on supper.  Definitely I will do some crafting and, if there's time, file my taxes which are done, just not filed!

How is your day shaping up?  Have you done the movement challenge yet?  I finished my hour of exercise already.  Remember...use it or lose it!

Have an amazing day...

Talk with you tomorrow...
