So how was your weekend? Did you find some time for yourself? I hope so because unless you take care of yourself, you'll have very little to give to your family and friends. Also, you're worth it and don't ever let anyone tell you differently!!!
I spent time on my landscape, journals, inchies and writing so I did have a great weekend. I also watched some of the March Madness basketball games. Yeah, I know, it is a bit weird, but I love to watch sports.
Busy week ahead, but I have lots of ideas to share with you, so please stop by...

My Journey of Change...
I find that the questions are still hanging around. Perhaps not as acute as previously, but still there.
The medical bills are beginning to come in...and they are huge. We had saved money, but for a transplant, not for the end of his life.
I now know what bittersweet feels like. Bitter because this is not the end either of us wished for, but sweet because we had planned ahead for the possible medical costs.
Tears still come just as easily as before, but looking to the future is still intriguing...not at all scary. Perhaps that is because I am the eternal optimist...
