INCHIE CHALLENGE 7

Another busy day...I wound up mowing the lawn this evening...actually between 5:30 and 7:30pm.   Rain is forecast for the next three days and the grass was already way too long!!!   So, out came the mower...at least it was cool.

I love this picture.   I call it 'Taking Flight'...

So, here's today's inchie - 'Home'...

This inchie was made from decorative papers.   I glued a piece of blue paper on the base.   To finish the edge, I used a black permanent marker and applied it generously to the edges.

The grass is fussy cut out of a striped green paper, the sidewalk is out of a paper that has pictures of rocks.   The house is out of red and yellow striped paper.   The tree is cut out of a piece of brown bark designed paper.   All are glued down.

The branches/leaves are strips of green paper glued to the 'trunk' but left free at the top.   The windows,  door,  chimney and outlines are done with a Prismacolor fine line marker, size 3.

Again, another easy inchie.   What's interesting is that when they are grouped together, these inchies create quite a remarkable presentation.    I hope some of you are trying to make an inchie or two.   Not yet?   Well, keep checking back and maybe an inspiration will encourage you to try.

Thanks for following the Inchie Challenge...

See you tomorrow...
