Seven Days and Counting...??

This is what the yard looked like last night.   We've had a couple more inches this morning.   It is supposed to switch to rain later today...in other words, messy.

I did get the car loaded once again this morning with most of the boxes from the basement as well as some small pieces of furniture.  I will be taking this load later today.

This is what the unit looked like after Saturday's run...

I have one more large shelf to bring in which will go next to the shelf in the middle picture.   The mattresses are going on the plastic containers in the bottom picture.

So this weekend was busy.   I did finish the last quilt...

And decorating the last house in the crocheted village...

But, I am looking at what's left to be done in the house and am now thinking that I will be leaving a couple days later...Monday or Tuesday.   We were going to move the large items to storage on Thursday but it is supposed to be really, really cold...in the teens...so I suggested that we wait until Friday or Saturday.   Haven't heard back about that one.

After bringing up the basement boxes plus boxes from the kitchen, I am up to 74.   The good news is that they are all small boxes!!  

So, along with taking another load to storage I need to pick up a few groceries including garbage bags.   Here in Portland you have to use official bags which can be purchased at most of the grocery stores in the area for garbage pickup.   Recycled pick-up is free.

Then I want to finish boxing up the Christmas presents for shipping tomorrow, finish bringing up any items from the basement (not much) and continue packing up the kitchen.   Another busy day!!!
