No, I am not putting up a tree, but I thought I would post some pictures from last year. I love the Christmas Holiday and I love gnomes. The two just seem to go together.
It was sunny and quite cold. It may have made it into the 40's but I doubt it. So what did I get done today? I took the load of 20 boxes and two carts to the storage unit this morning. And the car is once again full - this time with 18 boxes, a couple carts and a suitcase. To date I have 59 boxes packed and after tomorrow's delivery, 38 will be in the storage unit.
I kept one more piece of clothing and the rest went into the donation box. AND, 90% of the clothes are in the two closets in the trailer and there's room for the rest with the exception of one small box of items that I was not quite ready to get rid of but did not want to take with me.
The common room upstairs is done. I need to bring done a few pieces of furniture but will do that when I get the boxes out of the living room. So, things are progressing.
Some days I think I can get it done with no problem and others I think that I'm kidding myself. Do you ever get into those situations? I guess the only thing to do is to keep plugging along. I really do have til the end of the month, but I would like to be gone by the 15th.
So, how are your holiday plans coming along? Have you finished shopping for presents (or making them?)? How about baking? I like to make cookies and fudge at Christmas. I haven't baked in the oven in my trailer yet. I think I will have to give it a try once I get settled at the campsite.
Guess it's time to get back to work...
