Mobile Moments!

The weather was beautiful today...almost 70.   Chip and Dale loved being outside in the sunlight...

...and I don't blame them.   Sitting in the light was like being caressed by the sun.   This coming from someone who really does love the cold of winter and frolicking in the snow!

Lots of little green plants were popping up all over...

MOBILE MOMENTS:

I made the decision to stay here until the beginning of Mardi Gras about three weeks from now.   So, I thought I would include a section called 'Mobile Moments' which will include pictures of places that I visit in the area. 

The first place I want to introduce you to is the Mobile Museum of Art.  It's located in the Municipal (Langan) Park.   The museum will be celebrating it's 50th Anniversary this year.    Besides great exhibits, there are plenty of classes including a fantastic summer art program for children of all ages.   And that includes great facilities for those art programs.    This is a must see if you're in the area.

This past Saturday, I went to a workshop at the Mobile Museum of Art that included information on weaving, so today I picked up some branches to use in a weaving project...
