Warm Weather, Ice Almost Gone!

I made it out today, picked up a few groceries and did a load of laundry.  I would say that most of the ice is gone but what is left is a slick sheet of ice...a lot harder to maneuver on both walking and driving.

The temperatures are supposed to stay in the fifties and sixties so I am planning on putting back the patio so I can enjoy some warm weather even if it is raining...

MOBILE MOMENTS:
The Mobile Spanish Plaza.    I remember when this was built eons ago.   The fountain is still quite striking as are the statues surrounding it in the plaza.   It's located on Government Street below Broad Street.   I'll let the pictures do the talking...

If you're wondering about the fencing around the bushes, it's probably to prevent any damage during Mardi Gras which begins tomorrow on Dauphin Island and on the fourteenth here in Mobile.  

The big game is this weekend.   I really have no favorite team, just hope it's a good game.   What about you?   Are you going to watch?
