ONE PLAN GONE ASTRAY, ANOTHER TAKES IT'S PLACE!!!

You know how you plan to do one thing and then something else completely takes over? Well, that's what happened to me today. Let me set the scene.

I moved the kitty litter over by my desk to keep it out of the way during the holidays. It actually worked well in the summer there also. Now, I clean the litter everyday (or every other day). It's the clumping type.

So, I have been frustrated at how dusty my studio has become lately. Especially when the heat has been on. It didn't dawn on me until I was cleaning the litter yesterday that the litter was the reason for the dusty studio...dah!

Thus, the call to move the litter box and clean up the studio area, as well as put it back in the larger configuration. I am almost done with the desk area...haven't touched the shelves, though. That's for another day. But I will finish the desk area. I figure another hour should do it.

Where did I put the kitty litter? Back to the bathroom. Not ideal but it will have to do for now. Just means that I will have to vacuum more often. Stepping on litter in my bare feet is not fun!

One correction. I said yesterday that Daisy Yellow was doing a 365 day challenge. Well, in truth, she is but with Hanna Andersson. It's basically a 365 Something 2018 Challenge and the idea is to create something, anything, daily. I am going to try it focusing on collages and later on a few other techniques in which I could use some practice.

Another challenge I am doing this year is the January Money Diet. Along with spending money only for essentials, there are several other projects to do. Should be interesting.

I am also going to continue with the One Little Tag Challenge that Jenny over at Craft Test Dummies is hosting.

Well, I just found out that the schools are closed for tomorrow as well as suspending alternate side of the street parking. Guess they are expecting really, really cold and windy weather. A good reason to stay put.

Keep warm and safe...
Thanks for visiting...
Looking forward to talking with you again...
