FABRIC POSTCARDS: TWO DONE, ONE TO GO...

Another week...more impeachment trial.  This time the lawyers for the office of the president are presenting their case.  Interestingly, they are not touching the gorilla in the room.  That is, the draft of the book by Bolton which directly states the opposite of what they are saying.

The death of Kolbe Bryant and his daughter this weekend was very sad.  It reminds one of how short our tenure here is on earth.  And that we must make the best we can of that time.

I love what Wayne Dyer says about how to approach that short time.  "If you believe it will work out, you'll see opportunities.  If you believe it won't, you will see obstacles."  An excellent thought to keep in mind.  What do you see?  Obstacles or opportunities?

I finished two fabric postcards to enter in the guild challenges.  One is a landscape, completely hand sewn and using thirteen different fabrics...

The second fabric postcard is a modern design that, again, is mostly hand sewn.  I used six different fabrics along with beads and gold thread...

The last fabric postcard that I want to do is going to be appliqued flowers with beadwork.  Hopefully I can get to it tomorrow.

All the Christmas decorations are packed away...the house really needs a good cleaning though.  Four cats leave a lot of dust bunnies!!!!

That's all for today...
Talk with you tomorrow...
