January 28: Mindfulness

I'm still doodling...it's very calming and enjoyable.

It looks like our area is in for a snow storm this weekend.  We are not forecast to be in the main part of the storm so at this point it looks like we will only get around five inches of snow...but south of us, including NYC, they are looking at a foot or more.  I need to pick up a few things from the grocery store today...it will probably be very crowded with folks anticipating the worst and preparing for it.

So today is the last day for mindfulness, I hope that you have found a way to use it.  Mindfulness really does provide many benefits.  A break from stress is great for a healthy body and the more you practice mindfulness, the less stress you will experience.

If you're still having a problem practicing mindfulness, there are apps that you can download to you phone to help.  Some free and some have a minimal monthly price.  Check them all out and find one that fits your needs.

Well, I am off to the store.  Next month the focus will be Happiness.  Smile, it's going to be fun!
