Those 'April showers that come your way' seem to be coming in March! Does that mean that the 'flowers that bloom in May' will be blooming in April? We really have to get a hold of this global climate situation before it's too late to even accommodate the changes.
Looks like cultural wars are alive and well in the minority party as shown by the questioning of our next Supreme Court Judge during her confirmation hearing.
Follow You Bliss...so have you designated a 'sacred' place that will help you discover your 'bliss'? A place and/or a time to let go of all the encompasses your daily routines? I hope so because you need that special time to think about 'you'. It's a matter, as Campbell states, in letting your life speak...
"We are having experiences all the time which may
on occasion render some sense of this, a little intuition
of where your bliss is. Grab it. No one can tell you
what is going to be. You have to learn to recognize
your own depth." (Joseph Campbell in The Power of
Myth)
The other idea is to be aware, to pay attention and to be comfortable with asking the question when you are spending time thinking about 'you'. And pay attention to where things are pointing you to, of your intuition. It may bring you closer to what your true bliss is...
Some folks feel more comfortable with physical things to help. Some like to light a candle. Some like to create a display of special items. Some like to use apps. Whatever works for you is what you should use.
Have you ever tried Dreamcatchers, physical representations of a way to catch good dreams and screen out bad ones as practiced by some Native American tribes?
They are simple to make. You need a round circle (make one out of a clothes hanger!), string or yarn, some feathers and whatever else you would like to use such as beads or wire.
If you need a physical item to help you focus during that 'sacred' time discovering your bliss, try making one. Google 'How to make a dream catcher?' or use this one:
