Paint Results, Ornament Swap and April Goals

Hi everyone, hope your day is going well so far.   It's snowing here...need I say more.   Well, at any rate I'm still plugging away, so all's good...

PAINT RESULTS:
Yesterday I was going to try a better quality (Heavy) acrylic paint and let you know what I thought about using it.   Well, it's great.   The paint is smoother, applies better and the color is deeper.   Check these out (By the way, my actual painting technique has not improved!)...

So I guess I will be using the better quality paint from now on...hmmm...wonder how a paint extender would work with this paint?   Guess that will be my next experiment...

ORNAMENT SWAP:
Remember I am hosting an ornament swap over at Roses On My Table?   Here's the ornament I made...

And here are the three I received in exchange and they are fantastic.   I know my photos do not do them justice...all three are beautiful...

Believe me, there are some very talented swappers in this group.   Next Ornament swap is in the fall. Hop over to Roses on My Table to join.

APRIL'S GOALS:
