I thought I would share a picture of my journal page so far. I used a green watercolor wash for the background, Prismacolor black marker for outlines and Prismacolor pencils for the colors. I plan on adding the words 'Plant Seeds' in several places and add things hoped for in the 'seeds'...

I am using 'One Zentangle A Day: A 6-Week Course in Creative Drawing for Relaxation, Inspiration and Fun'. by Beckah Krahula. I have found the book has lots of information about supplies needed, how to approach drawing and lots of examples. I already love doodling, so I am looking forward to learning new designs.
