Last words my son said to me before leaving for work...'Don't shovel the snow. It's too heavy. It will be gone fast!'
He's probably right because tomorrow the high is in the mid 40's and Thursday's high are in the 50's!
He took my truck, SnowWhite, so I won't be going anywhere either. His car had a service warning so I told him to use mine until he finds out what the problem is.
I put the garbage cans out last night and believe it or not, the garbage collection trucks picked up both the regular and the recycled garbage.
Schools are closed in the area but not NYC. I don't think they received much in the way of snow. But the subway isn't really affected by snow and that's how many kids get to school.

I have to say that my top ten had some of these items but most were more specific. Although, when looking at mine, they did fit into the categories above.
Do you have plans for today? I hope to get the living room arranged and finally find the boxes of spring decorations...even though the ground is covered with snow.
