The bushes in front of the house were removed yesterday. Yes, they were beautiful this spring with more flowers than ever...but there was a lot of poison ivy and other weeds growing in the bushes which made it hard to trim.
The benefit of removing the bushes is that it is easier to see traffic when puling out of the driveway.
Have you had the two shot shingle vaccination yet? If not you really should because shingles is not fun. Also, the current flu shot is already available and that's another one that you should get.
Yesterday, I spent time working on putting a journal together. I thought I would share what I have so far...
The journal is not finished and, of course, I have not added a cover but I like the results so far.
August is about a third over...make sure you are spending some time this last month of summer doing what you enjoy...
