I was not prepared for this morning's weather though. Did not realize that it was going to rain! But raining it is and it looks like it's going to rain for a long time...even into tomorrow!
This past weekend, we went up to Saratoga Springs, New York which is really a very nice town. Besides fishing, we were going to the Car Museum. However, when we got to the museum we were pleasantly surprised by a free to the public car show.
There were a vast variety of cars from current to old. I took several pictures including pictures of the really old cars and trucks...
So, this is the beginning of the second week of the last month of summer (Remember, we defined summer as June, July and August!)...how are you doing with your twelve week project...if you had one? You have three more weeks give or take a couple days to do something. Any last minute things you want to do?
Maybe the best thing you can do is to take a lot of time to rest and relax during these days. Many will soon be getting ready for school, either as parents of school-age children or as teachers. Rather than trying to cram in things, it may be better to just take it easy and enjoy the 'dog days of summer' as the song goes. Whatever you do, make it something you want to do...
