I did get a lot done yesterday. All of our tools (hammers, screwdrivers, etc.) and supplies (nails, screws, hooks, etc) were finally found. Well, I do have two more large containers of electric tools like saws, etc.
I managed to get everything sorted and organized in the utility room so they are easy to access. Took several hours to get it all done. At the same time, I also washed six loads of linens, bedding, blankets, tablecloths, etc.
By the time I was finished with everything, I was quite dirty from all the soot. Interestingly, when things were packed up, fabric softener sheets were included so there really was no smokey smell!
So all the boxes that were brought in (15) last weekend have been dealt with so I think I will up the amount this weekend to 25 boxes. I do believe that most of the furniture left in the storage trailer will not fit so we will be donating those items also.
Today, I need to stop by Goodwill to drop off things, stop by a few other thrift stores to check out if any of them have small chest of drawers in good shape for sale. And then pick up salad fixings for supper tonight.
I am also reading Neil deGrase Tyson's 'Starry Messenger' in preparation for a book club meeting. It's really good...I recommend it for great non-fiction reading.
That's it for now...
Have a fantastic day...
Talk with you tomorrow...
