Another fall type day.  Bright sunlight, clear blue skies and cool but not cold.  Most of the leaves left on trees are muted in color.  No more bright oranges, reds and yellows.  Nature is putting itself to sleep.

After all my errands and book club meeting, I did get all the rest of the things needing washing done, and all the empty boxes compressed and ready for the recycle container.

I could not find a used chest of drawers so I ended up purchasing a wide, three drawer, plastic container which will work for what I need at present.  Mostly for storage for things I do not want to hang up like t-shirts and the few sweaters I have.

Today, I want to get all the areas in the house finished up and ready for the next set of boxes.  Much is done in most areas but I need to bag up both things to donate and things for the garbage.  What can be saved and not wanted, I will donate.  But things that are too far gone, I will throw out.

I also want to deal with the lighting in the utility room.  As of right now, the light in the main part is not working and I have used a lamp for now.  Not sure what the problem is and may have to use a lamp until we can get an electrician in to take a look.  Working with electricity is not something I do!  I'll tackle many problems, but not any connected to electricity.

My plan is to work for three hours, then take a crafting break of two hours and then finish up the rest before supper.  I have not been taking time to craft which I said I would do.  Well, that going to stop.  I really need my crafting time.

How about you?  Do you take time to do what you want to do, even need to do to stay sane?  I hope you take that time for yourself seriously.  For me, that time helps center me, helps me look at the long picture and I relax which is very important.  Well...on to work.

Have a marvelous weekend.  If the election didn't go the way you wanted, or if things are not working out for you, whatever, give yourself permission this weekend to just be and have an enjoyable time.

Talk with you on Monday...
