Today I will be mailing Christmas presents. I had hoped to get them in the mail before Thanksgiving but that just didn't happen mainly because I hadn't finished shopping. But they are all wrapped, packed and ready to go.
We have actually finished the leftovers from Thanksgiving so today I will be making chilli but I need to pick up a few things from the grocery store. Two errands out this morning.
Over the Thanksgiving weekend, I relaxed and took a break from working on the house, organizing and cleaning things from the storage unit. So today after running my two errands and making chilli, I will work on getting things decorated for Christmas. I want to finish that up this week if possible and then get back to working on organizing the house.
The good thing is that I have a fairly good idea what Christmas decorations are going where so that helps. I just need to unpack and clean the decorations...all six boxes (3 additional boxes have tree decorations).
Both the Minnesota Vikings and Oregon Ducks won their football games this past weekend. However, both teams were kind of slow during most of the game and won in the fourth quarter. So it was kind of worrying!
Well, I need to get going. The December Holidays are closing in fast...hope your plans are in place and you are getting things done!
