It was 40 degrees at this time yesterday morning, it's 42 degrees this morning but only going to the high 40's instead of the low 50's!  Go figure.  No rain forecast today.  Most of the snow is gone from our yard and the ice has disappeared.

I didn't get the donations moved to SnowWhite yesterday as there was still a bit of ice...but now that the ice is gone, I can move things out.

I finished quilting the small landscape piece...just need to add a binding...

I can see places that need to change.  For instance, the middle row of the bottom rows of trees doesn't quite fit and the hill area before the top row of trees definitely needs a different color.  Making small samples really does help in making decisions about the larger landscape.

Have you heard of this...

It began last Sunday and this year I have decided to join.  My goal for these 100 days is to work on all types of collage from free style to stylized using fabric and paper separately and together.

I've found some short free classes online about collage and there are quite a few YouTube videos available also.  Some days I will work on collages, others I will watch videos.  My plan is to spend at least 30 minutes each day in hopes that at the end, I will have several completed projects.  Here's my first working piece...

It's not too late to start.  Google The 100 Day Project for all the information.  You can join for free or spend a small sum for prompts, etc.  I joined for free and will probably post something once a week on their site.

February is fast coming to an end...two months into the new year already!  Are you joining the no-spend day on Friday (February 28th).  I plan on spending nothing on that day, but quite frankly, I don't spend much money on other days either.

Two more days on the declutter month.  Have you removed at least one item a day?  I have removed more than that...I guessing around 55 items.  And donations will be moved out of the house today...discards are already gone and there were no 'Considering' items.

This was so easy and took so little time that I think I will continue for another month...maybe even more.  I have an out of the way but convenient place for the boxes, so it seems silly to not continue if I can still find items to either donate or discard!

I have two zoom chats today, one which I am hosting and one which I am only attending...both are fun and it's nice to talk to others when meeting in person isn't possible.

That's it for now...have a relaxing day...

Talk with you tomorrow...
