I made dinner last night and it was great. A slow roasted well seasoned chuck roast (it literally fell apart!) on a bed a carrots plus mashed potatoes & gravy and green peas. There's enough for left-overs tonight.
Continuing with the process of getting to know and welcoming yourself, spend a few minutes thinking about yourself today, try and remember your young adult years and what memories stand out. Even though you were older at that time, it's still a learning process...as a matter of fact, our entire life is really a learning process...what did you learn about yourself? How did that impact your life today?
I did manage to add some ephemera to some of the pages in my current journal. As these pages have lots of pockets with tags and notebooks in them, I am at the point of realizing that two signatures is all this cover can hold if I want to make sure that it can close nicely.
