I ran some errands yesterday and although it wasn't that cold, it was windy...to the point that SnowWhite was being pushed around and it's not that easy to push an F150.
I walked through the downstairs living room which is in reasonable shape and I actually picked up one item to donate. It didn't fit, wasn't important and basically was a waste of space. Took all of a minute! See how fast downsizing/simplifying can be at least to begin.
Did you consider your values yesterday? I did and although it's hard for me to choose one over another, right now Freedom and Justice seem to be rather important. Maybe all values are important but their ranking changes with different times and different situations. Something to consider.
Today why don't you think about your strengths and weaknesses. We all have both. Think about what you are good at doing. Organizing? Listening? Sharing? How about the things that you are not so great at doing. I procrastinate. Making decisions isn't always easy for me either. Knowing both what you're good at doing and not so good at doing helps you recognize how to organize your life. In other words, emphasize your strengths and, if necessary, work on your weaknesses.
I didn't get much done on the journal other than pick out the paper to use in the signatures...
I hope I will have a bit more time to work on this journal as I want to send it to a friend.
There's a new place to declutter on the sidebar.
Enjoy your day...
Talk with you tomorrow...
