It's a cool day today with lots of rain and highs in the mid 40's.
I was hoping to get out and do some trimming to some bushes that I didn't get to last fall today but that plan is on hold until tomorrow.
I finally decided on which garden containers to order. I had been waffling between three different ones but decided to try these out. One thing I did learn is not to fill completely with dirt. Rather, the suggestion is to fill the bottom third to half with compost things like leaves, small twigs/branches, etc. Several folks also use coconut core with a mixture of top soil.
There are several solar lights in the yard most of which do not work and all are in bad shape. I am replacing them with solar lights (20) that were much brighter and were on sale. Hopefully, it will dry out enough to work in the yard this week because that's my main project.
Watched a lot of movies this weekend...I think my favorite was 'Atlas' with 'Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery' coming in second. While watching, I did some hand sewing on a fabric collage...
I am planning on using this collaged piece for a cover on a journal. The piece is 16" by 12" so it will be a nice sized journal. What type of journal I am not sure...I have been debating on doing an art journal...maybe an art journal challenge next month. What do you think? Have you ever made an art journal? Well, it's something to think about...

Since I can't get outside today, I think I will focus on crafting. I was planning on doing putting out the spring/Easter things next week but with the rain I may do that today also. There aren't many decorations, so it won't take too long.
